uniGEN

In 2022, we launched the uniGEN program, a pioneering initiative in Türkiye that aims to attract and develop new talent in the industry.  

Through the uniGEN program, in collaboration with Ankara, Gazi, and Hacettepe Universities, we aim to develop a skilled workforce and contribute to the employment of the young population by opening doors to the business world for young talents.

During the annual application and participation process, we provide information about the sector and GEN while offering candidates the opportunity to experience our company’s culture. This process allows us to get to know our candidates closely and discover their career goals. If you’re a young talent looking to apply, watch for our annual application process!

Selected talents participate in approximately 14 weeks of “Industrial Applications” classes at our manufacturing facility, delivered by university academics, our managers, and industry experts.
