We are pleased to announce that, in line with our global growth and innovation strategies, we became a shareholder of Jaguar Health Inc. through a capital increase with 6,70% shares, which develops innovative drugs and is traded on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange.
Also, GEN and Jaguar Health Inc. have established a new business relationship regarding their FDA-approved product for HIV treatment-related diarrhea and all other indications.
